Så fyller du i din PLF inför Greklandsresan
Du måste fylla i din PLF senast dagen innan du landar.
(Öppnas i nytt fönster)

Trevlig resa!
Hi, the link seems not to work.. I want to check my plf Submission document but it is not possible. Do others have similar issue?
Thank you,
I just tested the link and it worked.
Hi,
what does Greece mean by Permanent Address in PLF? I got confused. I have a flight from Berlin to Athens. I live in Athens. So should I put my Greek address there and Germany as a visited country within last 14 days (as I am now flying from Berlin)? Or should I put the place where I stayed in Berlin for last 14 days?
Travelling back to Manchester from create, when is the earliest I can fill plf form?
As soon as you have your flight number. But you don’t need to fill in a PLF when you are leaving Greece.
I fly from Stockholm to Copenhagen then to Athens. So then i fill in the flight from Copenhagen to Athens i guess? Otherwise how to i arrive in Greece? Thanks.
That is correct.
Some of the info seems contradictory. You have to agree to fill out only one form for your household yet all adults must fill out a PLF? So several forms per household will be submitted.
Not last time I checked. Then all members in the family could use the same form.
My post code came automatically and then said this was incorrect, how come
I have no idea. Will look into it.
Hi, i really need your help
My flight is Tbilisi-Amsterdam, Amsterdam-Athens two separate flights. I guess i should only fill in the flight Amsterdam-Athens because there is no option for Tbilisi-Amsterdam. And as my permanent address is Georgia, in a question ”Previously visited country” where transit city and permanent address country are excluded i should not mention non of them.
Internal flight is domestic flight, for example ATH-JTR? And in ”Emergency contact information” this contact should be a person from the same country or i can choose a relative who lives in Athens for example? Thanks 🙂
You shall not add transit countries, only countries you have visited. And it does not matter where your emergency contact lives.
Do you have any clue what I should put as the airline for a domestic flight that is ”operated by” a different Airline?
I’m flying Aegean to Athens (no problem), then ”operated by” Olympic to Crete. The displayed flight number in my booking is an ”A3” (Aegean) one, and from experience they’re using Aegean planes, but technically I guess the Airline would be Olympic, right?
It does not matter what you write.
My father is not technologically inclined and does not have a phone. What can he do if he is unable to get the code on time?
He can help someone print the form. He will most likely get the code around midnight (Greek time) the day of arrival to Greece.
Hello,
it looks like the form is bit different now than what you described and atthe Welcome (blue) screen, it says ”One PLF should be submited per family”. Do you still think one form shuld be fill per adult?
I’ll have to look into that. Thanks for your comment.
I live with my partner and my son who is 8. Do I add my partner as an non-family member or as part of my family since we all live together
Adults have to fill in separate forms, family or not. One of you can fill in your son’s form.
Myself and husband travelling with 9 year old grandson but he does not live in same household so do I add him on as a family member or a non family member from different household or even just fill him a separate form out for his self don’t no what to do
Fill in a separate form for each of you. You can use the same email address and phone number for all.
”If you are going to live in several places, you can click through and fill in all the addresses” – but I can put maximum two places in this form. ??? I’ll stay in 5 localisation during 14 days.
Well, Andrew, this may not be the summer to stay in 5 places in two weeks.
I had to re do 5 times as doing all 11 family members and one non family 16yr old now it says all family on one form I’m confused do I do me as lead name and every family member on one and that’s it or if family is DIFFERANT household what do I do I feel like canceling trip too stressful
How can you edit information on the PLF? Do I need to complete a new form if flight info is wrong? Thank you
I really don’t know. Sorry. I would fill in a new.
You can edit. Login and click the link. In the top right corner, click on the 3 white bars. Click on the pencil icon to edit the form.
Thanks so much. How do I fill flight details if I its not direct and have 2 connecting flight. In my case Dublin- Amsterdam, Amsterdam – Athens. Thanks!
You should only fill in the flight Amsterdam-Athens.
